About Charlotte Greenshields

Charlotte brings a wealth of experience to her role as Pedigreed Seed Territory Manager for Saskatchewan. Growing up on a pedigreed seed farm, Charlotte gained vast knowledge of what it takes to produce pedigreed seed and the care and knowledge that goes into it. After high school, she attended the University of Saskatchewan and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Regional and Urban Planning with a minor in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Economics. Once she completed University, she went on to work for Viterra and Cargill while completing her Agronomy Certificate from Olds College. She later worked for Nutrien Ag Solutions as a Retail Sales Rep and Agronomist before landing at CANTERRA SEEDS in October of 2021.

Outside of work, Charlotte wears her title of “Best Auntie Ever” with pride, as bestowed by her adoring nephews and nieces. She’s equally at home helping on the farm or exploring the great outdoors. Whether cross-country skiing, hiking, or paddleboarding, Charlotte embraces each season with enthusiasm. Her dedication to agriculture extends beyond work; she serves as a Director for the Saskatchewan Seeds Growers Association, contributing her industry insights to the association. During seeding and harvest seasons, Charlotte will head back to the family farm ready to operate the drill, combine, and other essential equipment. Her accomplishments include earning her CCA and PAg certifications. In her personal time, Charlotte has completed two Duathlons and tackled various trail runs—a testament to her determination and love for challenges.
